Auto-Renewal Terms
By purchasing a membership, you agree to the complete membership terms, that we may immediately charge you the membership price shown (plus applicable taxes), and that we may then automatically charge your designated payment method at the membership price then in effect, plus any applicable taxes, on a recurring annual basis until you cancel your membership.
If your designated payment method has expired or is otherwise unavailable, we will charge another payment method we have on file for you. You can cancel your membership at any time in Your Account.
If you do not want to renew, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your membership is due to renew to avoid being charged. To turn off auto-renew, sign in to SamsClub.com and go to Auto-renew settings in Account Information, visit any club or call 888-746-7726.
Pricing and Taxes
The Instant Savings offer will apply at checkout. Prices shown are pre-tax amounts. State and local laws may require sales tax to be charged on the pre-discounted price.
